How do I find out whether the IP address is a VPS/Proxy one or a real home one? (talking about GoLogin ip's)

Use an ip quality score api. They should flag vps/proxy ips as such.
 
by quick google search i found this site: vpnapi.io, there is many similar but you need to pay
