How do I find profitable sub-niche using ahrefs or semrush?

I know directory drill down method, amazon search , Google search, flippa search, plr directory search, method but none of these take into account data and stats. They require validating and profitability check manually one by one. They are time consuming, not the best and not efficient.

Does anyone know how to find profitable sub-niche using ahrefs and semrush data?
So like if the main niche is credit cards , I want to know some profitable sub-niches.

Semrush's Topic research tool really helps to some degree
Surfer SEO has a similar option to find relevant clusters
