    Hi,

I tried to search but really couldn't find it.

All I know how to do keyword research to analyze competition, but Im not sure where to start when looking for good keywords.

What's the best way to find profitable low competition keywords with CPC greater than $1. Is there a specific tool that is used?

    Thanks in advanced

Don't bother buying any tools. ALL of them use Google Adwords Keyword Tool so just go straight to the source itself.

Don't go straight to the source itself. Software can scrape the source, analyse competition and provide you with other information that adwords doesn't. Get Ultimate Niche Finder, it's one hell of a great piece of software. Yes, it does just scrape Adwords keyword tool, but it also analyses the competition and tells you how easy it is to rank for those keywords. Something adwords won't tell you!

Yes me too, I like do my own research too. And I've found Ultimate Niche Finder to be fairly spot on most of the time. Not always but most of the time. SEO Quake is quite helpful for doing your own research. I find that Ultimate Niche Finder gives you a good idea. I then take the keywords I think will be good and check for myself. Most of the time it does a good job.

I personally use and would recommend using "long tail pro" and "Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer"
