How do I find out where my competitor got their Website Template from?

I really want to know this website template /theme : http://www.sharebuzzz.com/ . But i don't know how. I know its not wordpress. And i've already seen it on some other websites.
The theme is similar to pinterest, but its totally different,

Does anyone know how to find it?
All help appreciated!!

They're using bootstrap :)

Bootstrap is the framework being used and the theme is called "rebound", i can't post links yet but just google "rebound template". There is a wordpress template which isnt it and then there is also a template on wrapbootstroop which is what you are looking for.
If you can understand basic html i did the following to find the template:
- Right click the web page and select "view source"(may be slightly different depending on the browser)
- Have a look at the css, javascript and image directories
- You will notice "rebound" pops up a lot
- performed a search for "rebound template"
