How do I filter out these keywords for good?

I use keywords "window replacement" with broad match turned on.

However sometimes people search " 35x35 window replacement"
"40x37 window replacement"
and the list goes on with random window measurements. The people that search this are not the audience I am targeting since its just a 1 window project.

I'm looking to filter those out.
How can I generate a list that filters out all the number combinations possible?

For example:

15x16
15x17
15x18

compile the list via microsoft excel or google sheets and then upload via google ads editor as negatives
