Hello everybody, I bought an expired domain a while back that I've recently started messing around with starting a blog up on. However it gets around 50-60 hits a day from direct bot traffic.

The domain was a directory site before I bought it but it's not deindexed with Google or anything like that.

There's not any sort of pattern that I can find through analytics to try to block the visits, coming from many different browsers, all over the world, different times, etc. It is also all coming directly to my host name too.

I've tried searching around but I can't really come up with a way to track down where they are coming from and how I can fight it.

I would like to eventually be able to add adsense to the site without getting banned, I have added some links to clickbank on the site and the bot traffic is clicking the links as well.
