This guy has a lot of fake views and he faked the referrers as well. How can I do the same for some of my videos?

any referer spoofing utility will do. try the firefox addon refcontrol.

and to get back on track , Spk's View Methods describes how you can manipulate the view stats, to a degree, you can start by taking a look there
might have to put a few of your owns twists in for good measure
