C&P all the text then run preg_match_all in php? I hate regular expressions but they're really useful and there should be a million examples to fetch all urls on google.

By using macros I've been able to manually pull long lists of URLs from pdf's. It's pretty easy and quick:

Right click the link and save it to memory.
    hit the macro key
    repeat.

The macro is just switching applications to Excel, pastes in the URL, moves down a cell (getting ready for the next one), switches back to the original pdf.

I'm able to do this with locked pdf's too.

I use this a lot for a totally different reason...but there's no reason it shouldn't work for what you're trying to do...

Go download the any multi-link copier plugin for firefox, there are a few out there:
I believe the one I use is this one...https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/13494

Open the PDF in firefox. Use the new plugin to copy all links from the file you have open. Paste into excel and edit out extra's. Anddddd done, all links copied ready to be spa..err..used.

She sends a text file with the links in them along with her packages. You didn't get them? They're usually in the first file.
