How do I extract a quote calculator from a business’s website?

There is a website that sells leads. I want to offer leads as a service to business owners using this company. They don’t offer an affiliate program yet, so I’d like to figure out how to extract the pricing calculator from their site and add it to mine.

I also need to figure out how to take their calculator or the code, and edit it to use a multiplier of their price to display my marked up price.

Any insight into this would be GREATLY appreciated!

2) If its a calculator, it's probably Javascript, which can be copied and modified.
