I've made a Shopify store and added about 50 products. design looks fine and now I created a FB ad but since my budget is really low, it won't do much.
How do I increase traffic? I'd like to spend as little as possible.
Also, since Im drop shipping, is it necessary that like in the guides that I saw, that I would not make the shipping free for all products?

There are many different ways to advertise,
So the question you should answer in order for me to help you.
- How much you can Invest daily?
- Are you planning to use facebook page to advertise?

- Already created a page.

What kind of product you're selling and what type of people you're targeting in your ads? I've been exploring promoting my product on shopify using fb ads but with not so much return. Currently it going well only in certain niche. Have you ever thought of using pinterest. Pinterest giving me quite a lot of traffic and I've gain good income out of it.

I'm selling geek/nerd stuff. Mostly relatable to TV, comics, games, etc.
I'm targeting all ages I guess, all over the world.

And thanks I'll try pinterest aswell :)

With a mindset like that you have failed already.

You really need to dive into who your potential customers might be. Not just someone who liked "big bang theory" on facebook, but really get into the minds of your potential customers to target them.
And if you think hard, would an average Indian boy be able to buy your products or are your prices with several hundred percent markup, as some stores? Then mostly tier 1 countries would be your customers.

I just honestly believe that all people of all ages would be able to buy these stuff as if they're browsing aliexpress.

No they're not mate. One of my previous wrong way doing fb ads is also with that thought. After that I learned to target only people with capability to pay online which is they need to at least have a debit or credit card and most under age don't have one. So at least target those in college. But you also need to look at the country you're targetting. For some third world only, not even college kids have cards. You should also create product specific ads not advertising your store as a whole. It is easier to gain potential buyers that way. Once I've sold t shirt and target specific group of people with same name such as John. Selling pod t shirt with design of their name and extract fb uid and blast the ads. Nowadays I don't know if this way is still working or not; I mean extracting fb uid.

I think the best way is - Spend little about $5 or $10 and send some traffic to your store. There are lot of people who do that. Before doing it, Setup with Adroll. Adroll is re-targeting stuff. Then start its ad as well. So people whoever have visited your website, they will see your add for bit longer time. And chances for sales will become more.

You should do more than one things. Keep going with Facebook Ads.

I haven't yet tried, but heard there are Amazon Ads as well. I don't think google ads will be very useful. Because If you add on Amazon, Ebay - such type of stores, people who want to buy your product will get your add. So chances for your sale will become More.

Best Wishes for your Store. I will also be very soon following you with some different products on Shopify Store. :)
