How do i Enable all channel features ?

Hi, I want to enable all of my channel features.
In YouTube Studio I go to Settings, then to the Channel section, then to the Feature eligibility tab and I see this two features sections:




But I’ve seen other channels that have enabled all 3 features sections:



How can I achieve this ?

It is the same; the second screenshot is actually worse, means you need one extra step to enable all features, and is a recent update. If you have just 2 steps and verified the number, then you are all set. More features, such as community tab, are unlocked with milestones (500 subs in the case of community tab, 1k monetization, etc.)

You need to verify your phone number to get more features.
