    Lads,

Bought a MFA WP site and would like to know how do I download one of the the premium plugins and also the theme so I can use it on my other sites?

    Thanks!

Download website backup is good idea. But if you want to download only theme and plugins then you should use FTP, it helps to download required folder in PC and then use any where. I use this method to download my blog themes and use those in other blogs, so recommended this method.

themes and plugins usually come in a .zip. go to the wordpress admin area, click on plugins, click on something like upload/add new, browse your computer for the file and click on upload. should be similiar for themes as well. just make sure that you upload it in .zip. ftp works well too, especially when you wish to upload many themes and plugins at once
