How do I do this?

I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post this but I thought I would try. I want to create a site that looks identical to google but instead of saying google it says my site name. When people search for something I want a one word response to come up at random from a database I've made. Does anyone know how I could do this or where I should look for information regarding making this?

Use httrack to scrape google. Patch up the code (change titles, resources, remove google analytics, etc). Then you have to hook it up with the back-end (your database).
