I'm using UBT v3 and was wondering how do you make a post be a featured post? I have four posts on my blog, they all fall under the Recent Posts. How do you get the Featured Post heading to show up and select which post to make featured. I've searched for the option all through the theme and my wordpress settings, but can't find it. Anyone can help out?

It's weird that the previous version when I activate it on the same blog it has the "featured post" section, but the new one does not. I thought this theme has the function since it has the code in the main_index.php and in the "UBT Headquarters" under Appearance, and under "other settings" it let's you select number of featured posts on the homepage. So I don't know why I would need any other plugins to make it work? Any ideas?
