Hello,
I made a new local e-shop. Thing is, most of my products are not even indexed on Google.
How should I do on-page SEO so Google can crawl my stuff?
I already built some backlinks so I guess Google search console and sitemap could fug me.
Should I just link from one product to another? This would look really artificial and weird to customers.

when did you update your products? check the search console for sitemap errors

I never updated them. I just keep posting new ones starting August. And I'm ranking on Google for 6 keywords only, according to SEMRush. And I'm not using search console and sitemap because I started manual link building which is probably black hat.

And anyway, when I post a thread, I usually get these replies that look like they are bots. 0 value, just rephrasing what I wrote in broken english, spin like. What's up with that?

  • Make a proper silo
  • Add 150+- words descriptions
  • Make sure to avoid technical problems
  • Use internal links in menus, footer, other product pages, etc...
These are what you should mainly focus on for an e-commerce website,
Other than these are what every other website should have, there are a ton of lists shared online
