How do I dispute negative feedback?

I purchased Keyword Research from blackpayman733's website "seoinch.com". TAT was 2-5 days. On the 6th day, he said he was sending it and a day later still nothing. So after no response from him on his whining thread, I asked for pay-pal refund. He submitted negative feedback on me saying I need to give him longer than the TAT.

He was recently temp banned for threatening negative SEO on a customer who told him they were going to post a negative review about his service, and added to the shit list.

Can someone please remove his negative review on me?

and @blackpayman733 is getting a 2 week ban. When he learns to play nicely with people he can come back.

A note for everyone else. We don't just remove feedback for not reason.

Blackpayman733 has been caught threatening customers and this particular feedback was not accurate or fair on the buyer. This is the reason it was removed.

We take removing feedback very seriously and it's only something we do in extraordinary circumstances.
