Sometimes, when I look at other people's sites, I see a slot that displays all the full text on the homepage

I try to erase Excerpt but I can't find it

Is there a theme dedicated to it? Or is there a specific plug-in?

You want to show the full text of your posts in your homepage? There is a plugin called "WP Show Posts" where you can choose to show the Full text instead of excerpt

any good theme should be able to do this, no need for a plugin. Or you can set the homepage as the blog page and tick the checkbox in your Wp settings that allows displaying the full blog post instead of excerpt.

But it's still better to use the theme's settings if they are available as you can customize your homepage much better through that way.

It's likely the basic WordPress functions will do the trick.

Trying using: Appearance > Customize

or: Appearance > Theme Options (if theme has custom options)

or: Settings > Reading > For each post in a feed, include > Full text

After that there are plugins for this for sure.

Thank you all for your answers

The theme I'm using doesn't have the above features

I'm trying to use it as a plug-in, can you recommend any additional ones?

I use Jet-Engine to create a listing with full text post query. If your site works with Gutenberg well then you will easily add this.
