How do I disable receiving email for every alert?

Hello,

After the move to XenForo I am being bombarded by an email for every single alert I receive for a watched thread or forum section.

I tried to untick everything possible in the Alert preferences but the mmails won't stop?

What should I do?

Same here, so I created a gmail filter to automatically delete all messages SAVAGE.

Go to your account settings--->Preferences-->Options and un-tick and receive email notifications of replies

Even if change the settings you will keep getting email alerts for the threads you were already involved with.
