How do I create url's/anchor texts in Disqus blog comments?

For example I have seen people leave comments with their url in Disqus but I have also seen:

http://www.opb.org/artsandlife/article/npr-to-pitbull-fans-around-the-world-dale-is-a-way-of-life/

How does the above person leave a link in anchor text form? I wanted to drive traffic back affiliate programs and think having an anchor text in my comment looks natural. This way my account won't get flagged and people reading the comment could think its just a plugin the website is using.

Also does anyone know of a better way of finding these type of blogs? I tried the below link:

http://www.dropmylink.com/

But they don't have Disqus as an available ability and since most blogs are using this program it would be helpful.
