Twitterdub only manage bulk accounts, it can't create bulk accounts

You won't see magic software that would create the account for you. Need emails. Hire someone to handle them for you.

You can try out antidetect browser to create multiple browser profiles. These profiles will look like Chrome, Edge,.. but instead of having the same parameters, they will have a sets of one making it like you are using different device to access Twitter. Don't forget to use different proxy for these profiles
