I'm trying to create an onion site on the darkweb but I can find a host. Please how's it done over there?

You will want to look at installing Tor as a service on a linux server, this will allow you to generate the .onion address. Once this service is configured you can use nginx to host the website through your Tor service using your newly generated .onion address.

You can Host On Your PC Also But you have a good Internet connection for That. Or You Can Use a Linux VPS Server to Host . Make sure your VPS Provider allow tor service
