How Do I Create a PayPal Account?
I got banned off paypal about 2 years ago, i got scammed and i refused to pay my negative balance Lol.

And now here I am with no PayPal account.
Any advice? How do I create an account that wont get limited??

Create Business Paypal account and verify with required documents. You will never get any ban or limited issues

Get a ip from let say uk

Get docs from market place

Get vcc to verify market place

Add a card to get the cash out ,
I sugest a paypal to bitcoin service....

You are on safest side on paypal



Edit: Just get someone else documents snap a photo, edit in Photoshop if dont know how, just ask someone, friend or whoever, if not then just pay someone on fiverr.

Use your brother name.or sister..and update all document, bank account etc and you should be fine

You forgot to mention you will need to register a business as they require a VAT for business.

I'm not US resident. If I sign up for LLC company, I will get EIN right? How about VAT? Is it the same?

VAT is the international number and should be the same as your country business tax ID.

How come you all join llc

In uk ltd protects us if we go backcrupt
I suspect your usa llc works the same?

A company in uk means more then 50 employeees

Ltd limited business in uk can be two people admin and director .

I no the rules are diffrent from each country.

You can also be self employed as i am and just pay tax / ni insurance on what you earn yearly...

In uk you dont need to be vat registered only if it benifits you or your business.

Any money i earn i have to give back £7 ni weekly and 25% for any money earnt..... upto 40.000 then it 40% have to give...

So at end of the year let say 100k the goverment get £40.000 plus 12x £7 .

I get free helthcare , that it ....

And a future pention what about £140 a week after age 68 <<< retirement going up uk ...was 65.....

I sugest anybody buy homes as there so locative for future pention .....
