I used to have a Instagram account had thousands of views on reels was doing dropshipping, but then my product wasn't doing well and wasn't getting followers so I decided to delete the video's on one go. Since then I wasn't able to get thousands of views only 1 or 138 views on my main account. I made another account on the same phone and ISP provider wasn't able to get any views so I deleted the second account.

I then changed ISP provider I signed to my accounts one by one I had 4 accounts and nothing worked so I deleted four of them and kept my main account I had a custom ROM with different device fingerprints when I did that. I then changed ROMS with different device fingerprints currently I'm signed in to my personal account using a modded app and main account with the official Instagram app. Is it possible when making a new Instagram account using a proxy service using a app called 'Proxy Client - No Root' it allows me to use my own proxy and connects like a VPN. Do I create account on my phones browser then sign in using the official Instagram app? I'm planning on using a proxy service.

Accounts created on the app with 4g sim network tend to be the strongest and run for long, with high trustscores.

Browser-based created accounts won't run for long and have lower trustscores compared to which is created within the app itself.

4g proxies rock!

If you're doing it from a pc, you'll want to use anti-detect browsers. As for using proxies in general, you can set it to your phone's settings and check online if your proxy applied right. If you plan to manage multiple accounts, having a mobile proxy with manual IP rotation is your best bet.

I'm going to use my android not a pc since some people on here say that it's more better with a mobile phone. Which proxy is better for android a SOCKS5 or Residential Static Proxy for Instagram. I'm only planning on using one account with the proxy?

Mobile devices are much better for that. If you plan on managing only one account, residential static is just fine. For multiple profiles, mobile proxies/ Socks5 is gonna be your go-to.

Ok, do I factory reset my android to remove traces of the official Instagram being installed on my phone and install the official Instagram app create the Instagram account with a new Gmail on a browser like chrome, kiwi first then sign in on the app. Or do I just sign up using the app also I brought a proxy it has both HTTP(s) and SOCK(s)5 ports which will be better to use?

4G proxies can help you

If you're just going to use one account, I'd say the factory reset is optional. Not unless you used a different account for that. If you wanna err to the side of caution, best go for it anyway, I suppose. You can just create an account as you normally would via your preferred method. As for the protocol, most of my colleagues use Socks for it so unless it affects your use, just go for that one.

Ok, since it's a new Instagram account with a proxy how should I warm it up what should I do first?

Just use it as you normally would. Post consistently, but not to the point of spam, keep your engagements up, post niche related things on the reels and save unrelated things to the occasional stories, those sorts of things.

So logging in to the same account from different IP each time does no harm at all?

I'd say it depends on the frequency. For mobile proxies, changing IPs is a common occurrence every now and then. Try to provide some space between your IP rotations and it should be good even if it is the same account. Location and ISP should be the similar each rotation in any case.

use 4g ip from your phone. More trust than most of proxy

I'm trying to minimze my initial investment as much as possible as a beginner. Would you be able to recommend me a worthy place to acquire SOCKS5 either mobile or residential static for managing social media accounts and e-commerce.

Don't directly recommend since applicability may vary. Now, you can check around what's on offer here on the Marketplace section since sellers here are generally reliable. Best of luck.

Create accounts on real phones via real sims internet and real phone numbers/emails.

These are the best ones and work much better than all other types in most cases.

but the question is how to create those account in bulk? can someone suggest a solution? (without telling to buy smartphone in bulk please :D)

Android emulator automation is a pretty popular option for account generation. The quality can be iffy at times and they'll generally require a longer warm-up cycle than accounts created using real devices but it's probably the easiest solution for bulk account creation without any massive upfront costs.
