How do I correct my emails based on results from Mailing Check

I ran mailing check on some of my emails that I send out.... and I
got back some of the results.....


I am trying to correct the errors... and I dont know how.

For example:

"missing blank line between message and header body"......

"message is HTML without HTML content-type"
