I have heard people that it is not good place affiliate links in website that has adsense in there, google does not like this they say

I think, why don't you use some WP plugins like,

#Thirsty Affiliates - It is one of the best plugin for affiliate link manager and link cloaking.It allows you to easily add your affiliate link in WP and manage them from one single dashboard.
It automatically replace selected keywords with affiliate links.

Look for these sites,and make sure that search engines not follows the redirects,
Affiliate Link Manager --It acts keyword as URL for cloaked links,
WP Wizard Cloak --Provides you with many tools.

You can only cloak links from people. Google is still going to see the re-directs.

• Use .htaccess redirection method to cloak your affiliated links instead of using WP plugin.
• Add all affiliated links with the slug like /out/, /i/ etc and redirect it with 302 redirect.
• Then go to robot.txt file and make no follow of affiliated links for Google non indexed.

You can try Pretty Link Wordpress Plugin. It has a free lite version that does the job pretty well if you don't need some advanced features like Import/Export.
