How do I clear some private message space? Nobody can message me

How do I clear some private message space? Nobody can message me.

I deleted like 50 messages from inbox, and 50 from sent mail. What else can I do to free up space? Do I need to delete more?

This is the message people are getting "

• HollywoodToday has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

hm, thanks, but I sure dont see an "empty folder" any where yet.

Mind being a little more detailed?
