I never see a way to check my selling limits on my eBay accounts. Somebody told me to check My eBay > Selling but I see nothing. Thank you for your time.

Did you create an eBay account or did you actually register for a eBay seller's account?
If registered for a seller account then you can just click on the ebay logo in the top left corner then hover over "My eBay" towards the top right of the screen then click on "Selling"
This will not work unless you have actually registered for a seller account. This involves them sending a 4 digit code to your phone number and making you select a reimbursement method.
If you did register a seller account, then sometimes the limits are just black for a week or two. Not sure why this happens.

the limits of seller eBay needs to be specified with the seller centre eBay

Good 'Til Cancelled listings count toward your selling limits, and won't renew automatically if you've reached the maximum amount that you can list. To view account-based allowances in My eBay: Click My eBay in the header, sign in to your account. Click the Sell or Selling Manager link on the left side of the page.

Or read from here : http://pages.ebay.ph/help/sell/sellinglimits.html
