How do I check my CPI competitors?

A long time ago I read a yt + cpi journey of someone and he mentioned that you can search on youtube (or google, I don't remember), a part of a link which is used by CPALead/CPAGrip/OGAds etc... It was basically like the start of their CPI locker url shortener and when you searched for it you saw a bunch of different people doing different methods with the links in the desc...

I completely forgot how to do this and on what thread it was posted on so I'm asking here if anyone can share this info with me
