How do i check multiple email accounts at once?

Hi,

Any software you recommend?

All i need is:

1) Check tons of emails at once (hotmail)
2) Filter them and send to a specific folder

I would even pay for something like that.
It's not about sending bulk emails.

Using a gmail account you can check other POP3 accounts, and you can mail to each account to a unique folder... easy. And free

Doesn't gmail have a limit?

Enter the email address of the account to get mail from
(Note: You may add 5 more of your accounts)

The only limit I'm aware of is the daily sending limit - 500 emails, though I'm quite sure that's only on your gmail account itself, it wouldn't likely extend to external accounts that are using Gmail as a client.

I don't know of any limits on adding POP3 accounts - I've had probably half a dozen running just fine. How many are you trying to access?

Do you add them in the "accounts" tab? (Add a POP3 mail account you own)

need to check 10k (hotmail) emails

saw now that u need to check alot of mail. well make a bot or google email checker

Thunderbird dude. Apparently there's no limit. You can search and everything. It's free too

outlook has a useful tool to add them quickly. (for hotmail accounts)

is there any reason not to use outlook before i add tons of them?

it seems to have a filter aswell

outlook is crashing all the time cause i have too many inboxes

thunderbird is not doing the job for me.
i can't set the filter properly, i want thunderbird to send all emails that contain "xyz" to my inbox. (from all emails)
but i have to create a filter for each email.. it will take forever.

is there anything else to try?
