How do I change what my site says in the browser tabs and at the top of the browser window? For example, BHW says "Black Hat Forum - Post New Thread" I recently purchased a template from someone and it has their old site info on it.

you use the html tag: title
    <title>Your site's title with slogan</>

or search that and remove their code.

Use Dreamweaver or notepad, I prefer dreamweaver it can show code and design view at same time, and nirose is absolutely right about changing title
