To be honest, Unless its some big/valuable account, just get another account, which might already be US based. Otherwise you'll end up wasting too much time and energy for a very low ROI thing.

if you can get a US based sim card, which wont be too expensive and use IP address from USA to post things. you can change the based in country.

using a proxy won’t reliably change the account’s location, and switching countries suddenly can trigger security checks. it’s safer to use your real location
