In fact, I don't think there is a big problem with all your process steps, whether you are willing to replace a VPN or an anti-detection browser. You can try morelogin first, because it has two free residential proxy environments to test.

Use residential proxies IMO, much better success for me. If those accounts have already been flagged, you might be stuck with that rate limit
