Check the market place, there's some good account sellers that sell phone verified Instagram accounts I have bought quite a bit off the forums without any problems

oh sad.... scam is a scary and bad dreams for a freelancer or online workers... always think for many time just pay via pp so that u can file dispute

I've bought a lot of IG accounts in the past and no hiccups.

there is an invite only app called Flipmass they protect buyers and sellers. That's all I know. They take a small fee for the escrow service. It's cool because you can see other pages for sale on there.

Vet the person--talk to them and see if they sound legit. I know this sounds abstract but the best way to detect a scammer is to ask them lots of questions, including personal questions. Non-scamming buyers/selling never take issue with this, I've even picked up the phone and chatted with people before doing a transaction. If the buyer or seller is irritable, impatient, rude, suspicious, flakey, theyre prob a scammer.

Also, stick with PayPal G&S or some escrow service. Legit buyers/sellers never expect to use PayPal Friend & Family.

probably you cant.. If he agree for a face to face meeting and you guys are not incredible far away from each other try to meet him and make the deal.

You have no protection using paypal, it really is a risk with every purchase/sale. Try and find a legit escrow service is the best thing you can do. Always get the original email to the account as well!
