have you been using them for larger amounts or only small amounts? how long have you been using them?
I've exchanged btc to skrill with only 3 transactions since September. Amounts $50-$100 only. Customer support is good and deposits were instant.

Go signup and you'll see the current btc rate on top. There's a very small fee when buy/selling. It would be better if you contact the support.
