How Do I Bulk Register Web 2.0 Sites?

I've ordered bulk web 2.0 accounts in this past off of Fiverr and I was wondering how I could do this on my own? Is there a tool that'll register the accounts only for me? I'll manually log in and post to them, just need something to automate the registration process.
