How do i build strong backlinks with forums?

Hey, i have a supplement reviewing site. already wrote more than 50 articles. its a new domain and hosting and no traffic yet (almost 0 but i already got 3 sales somehow) anyway, i want to create strong backlinks with forums such as bodybuilding forums, how should i dot it? what is the best way to create strong backlinks to my website? and which forums are the best?

You mean links to drive traffic rather than SERPs positions?

Signature links might help, if you can add value to the forum posts.

Or sign up on the forums and drop a link to a review you've done if you can add a link.

Or contact the forum owner and ask if they are interested in doing a deal with you of some sort.

Supplements are a very competitive niche. I'd register with a bunch of forums now, start aging those accounts a little bit and post a bunch first without any links.

Then you can start link dropping in between a post that adds value and isn't just one line 'check this out' with the link. Some moderators might will still ban you so don't take it personally. Some of the links will stick.

you can check the blackhat forum to see forum footprints to do some google search terms which will help see more of the type of forums you are interested in

You're going to want to drop the links to drive real traffic as opposed to driving SERPs - if you're looking to impact SERPs, your focus should be elsewhere.

If you're focussing on driving consumers you're going to want multiple profiles on influential websites. Each profile should be registered via a different IP address (proxy or VPN) and employ other tricks to disguise that you're behind the multiple accounts. One profile should be your core profile - this is the profile that pitches you as an expert (assuming you have some way to back that up). The others should be used to selectively game traffic, to engage in the forums, and to selectively drop in links to your product as a recommendation where relevant.
