I own HumorAddict on twitter and am looking to make it very popular. Currently, all the followers are fake. How do I build a real audience.

With a humor account you should have no trouble building a very large account easily,
actually using jokes scraped from other sites as tweets is how I built my first big twitter
account.

Humor is hard to get a response from sometimes since the niche is so saturated. But find a few good accounts to mass follows off of, work your way up, don't follow too many people, and above all be patient. Some accounts take months to build, my advice is do 3-4 of them, so in 5 months you'll have a decent portfolio.

Get a good tweet list, there are a few suppliers over on fiverr that are worth checking out
