I have some programming know how but I haven't gotten into something like this before and I believe that if I build a bot myself it would be better than buying views that way I can make it actually generate leads the way I want to with related videos in my niche. Whats the best lang to use to build it and how would I build it

Botting youtube views is difficult. Even experienced programmers are unable to deal with it. So judging from your questions, i dont think you have the whole picture

Hire someone to create the bot for you. Since you said that you already know programming, you could chat with the developer to get ideas on how to make the bot yourself
