As everyone is saying , they iframed it. Iframing is framing another site /a portion of site on your own site. Its very simple and easy. Google about iframe html tag.

Could you update with a working link? You don't need a CMS to make an iframe page. As is advised, Google is your friend.

iframing means you load inside your page another site/page. You cannot make any changes to that site, you just load it all and that's it
