The only approach that works is social media spam. Everything else requires a budget. As long as you offer value, people will be willing to join.
 
promote yourself in communities related to your niche like in discord communities, x.com posts, etc.
 
You can use Telegram ads and automation tools.
 
Start with niche content + consistent posting. Promote through related groups, socials, and simple funnels. Telegram growth is slow at first, but quality content pulls people in.

Run some ads on Facebook and IG. Good methods to get traffic in that niche) You'll need to cloak your ads, it will take some time and it will require an initial investment but it's worth it trust me.
 
Collaborate with other TG channels. Maybe promote each other if you have some members. There are some ways, depends on your budget and time.
 
Just share your channel link everywhere, post useful content, and invite friends to join.
