How do I become scale upwards quickly?

I am currently making about $1800 a month from blogging and adsense. Efforts into CPA and affiliate maketing haven't been successful so I am expanding the blogging part.
But that is really time consuming and takes all my time updating several websites. Even outsourcing the writing part doesn't seem to work well due to the tone of voice being unique. I am ready to work hard but I don't see how to scale up quickly.
Have a good idea?

As a newbie it seems to me like doing the writing yourself is inherently not scalable. Depending on what you're writing, you can get more out of it by selling the same stuff again - eg make an ebook out of stuff you've written before. Maybe a whole set of them.

If the residual income isn't building - like if stuff you wrote 6 months ago no longer really brings anything in, then in the end aren't you selling your time for money?

You can't scale up your time except by duplicating yourself (outsourcing). But if you can't do that cos it wouldn't sound like you, it looks to me like you need to change the model and not try to scale what you're doing right now.
