How do I become a Google Partner?

To become a Google Partner, Google requires $10,000 ad spend. This is the only challenge I am currently faced with as I don't have this type of adspend. Does anyone have ideas on achieving this requirement?

lol hes not the head of adwords team, apply to google partners, pass 2 out of 3 tests, spend 10k in 3 months, make a google profile, link your mcc account, follow googles best practices, be active 60 out of 90 days and did i meantion spend/manage 10k in 3 months? not hard to do link and manage all your clients in your mcc account, trick is you can verify accounts and the owner isn't even notified so if you have access to other peoples adwords accounts even those you don't manage you can slip into them

The 10,000.00 spend is for agencies, you can now become a partner as an individual with no spend requirement.
