How do I beat trademarked competition?

Hey there!
I found a keyword in the hotel niche which has a cpc of over 100 dollars, and want to make a website with adsense to monetize on this.
The top results are the original business's website, but they only have around 20k backlinks. The problem is that parts of the keyword are trademarked names, and I wonder how I should name the domain without breaking any copyright rules but still be able to rank high.
Furthermore, is it possible to just outrank the original website with a blog if they don't have many backlinks? Or does google not care?

I think its impossible to beat it in short time lols..

Only 20K backlinks?

First of all check if those Backlinks are all for that keyword. If that's actually 20K, then never mind. It will cost you years to beat that and actually stay above them without being dropped because you have to many unnecessary links.
