How do I backup my AMR?

hi, my amr just got infected and i needed to dezinfect and delete the exe file.
i would like to backup my websites and my registered accounts on those websites. How can i do that?

just preserve the database file
after you reinstall AMR simply copy it insted of old DB

you can find the back up in the installation folder .it should be there or else save one-by-one manually in notepad
