How do I avoid suspension?

Please file a protest with FB, they will ask you to upload your ID. If the ID matches your FB profile, it will be returned within 48 hours.

You're trying to be cheap. You have to spend money on good browser anti-detect like GoLogin and you need a good proxy (mobile like everyone has said) that is not rotating or crappy VPN.
 
It is easy read the terms and conditions carefully and then by maintaining trams don't do any unwanted or robotic behavior

I keep getting banned when making new accounts. I think my ip adress is blocked. They want me to verify with my main Phone, but I don’t want to put my Phone number to the account

If you don't do PV is obvious it will happen again and again, you verify the phone number to avoid suspension
 
Use 4g mobile proxies and good antidetect browsers with the account to avoid bans.
 
Try using a good antidetect browser, dont go for the completely free ones bc they can be leaky. Antidetect tech cannot be cheap, takes a lot to build one. Use trusted proxy as well, cheap or free ones will get you banned because you never know who used these IPs before you.

buy the account warmed up - use anti detect browser + 4g proxy
 
Start slowly, set up activities similar to real users, watch ads, watch videos, like and comment on topics on the newsletter, text with friends
 
You should make it interactive. You should definitely use a proxy to do this. that will help you a lot
