How do i advertise my site?

Hey everyone! I just updated my amazon affiliate website and it looks 10x better than the original version.
It's written in basic html/css but has a php contact form, ect...
I just started this online venture after browsing BlackHatWorld for a few hours!
I was hoping that BlackHatWorld could help me with online advertising
As of now i'm using craigslist adds and linking my site in images/in the text
is there any other sites you can tell me about to gain some "free traffic" ?

i have a website having 64k alexa rank.
I will put your website banner onto my site for 5$ a month.
site is getting 200-300 pageviews a day

When I was hitting cl pretty hard back in the day my network and I kept going back and forth about the advertiser not wanting "free" traffic. I then explained to them that cl is the most expensive free traffic source there is. I was paying for data from posts, proxies, automated posting software, captchas, PVA accounts and rotating phone numbers.

The truth is, there is no such thing as "free" advertising when doing it on a large scale. Try doing some email marketing using the free trials the self-service platforms offer. You won't be able to send a ton but could easily make $50 or $100 a day just recycling through free email trial accounts.

I would like to start with free sources ie. craigslist, social media sites
but once i get a regular amount of traffic then i want to branch into paid advertising.
