How Do I Add Tag People An Image (Not A Caption) On Multiple Accounts?

I've found a list of SFS pages in my niche I want to start SFS'ing with, but they all specify in their profile "don't ask, just tag and I will return."

Looking at all the SFS they've done, people tagged them in an image (NOT the caption) to get a shoutout. How do I automate this on multiple accounts?

I have Followliker, but can't find anything on doing this. And I don't know of a convenient means of changing proxies in my browser to do it manually.

I don't think you can tag users in photos with FollowLiker.
