How do I add another language to The Best spinner?

So I've been Googling for this for over a week now and I can't seem to find out if it's even possible at all. I'd like to add Dutch to the Best spinner, but I can't find where I could even add a language at all. I can put a synonym list in there myself so that's not a problem.

If anyone can help me, please do.

Article Spinner claimed to have Dutch and French. I tried out a cracked version and it most certainly did not. Best to stay away from this scam company

bump, tbs should be the best. Adding other languages would be incredible. Anyone?
