How do i add a click to call on text on WP

Hi Guys

I have been looking on google and youtube on how to add a call through link for text on a WP Page. All i am finding is buttons which i don't want.

I just want to be able to click the text from a mobile and get taken to the call being made.

Can someone help me with this please? I'd be a happy guy haha
