How do I access multiple email IDs from one dashboard?

I want to access multiple IDs from a single mailbox or single dashboard is it possible without getting blocked for using multiple accounts?

Google has a limit of maximum 10, Yahoo would have a similar limit as well. I know I can do this with my own domain but I want email IDs from well-known mailboxes like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook only.

The size I am tryna use is 100 email IDs.

How sustainable it is? Does these accounts gets blocked or do they ask to add mobile number later on to get it unblocked?

Let me know if you find anything. Ive been using "Bluemail" as a client that supports tons of accounts but it seems very resource heavy and seems to lag on my iphone 14. I'm looking for something a bit better but for now it works ok and would do what you are wanting to do.

These are email protection sites where they will give me their own email ids. I want to use mine.
